Routable’s CSV upload streamlines this entire process from start to finish, eliminating the friction you experience in your day-to-day. Here’s how it works: Simply format your payments into the appropriate CSV template. Then hit submit. Seriously, it is that simple.
Routable handles all of the “heavy lifting” by automatically checking for any duplicates in the file and flagging any errors to you before you officially upload them. Once you feel confident in the file upload, you will be prompted to add any approvers to the payment process. If no additional approval is needed, we can send the payments immediately and simultaneously. We’ll also automatically map all your fields to your accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online, and NetSuite) so you don’t have to. This extra step allows you to access a clear and timely audit trail any time you need it.
